Played a key role in transitioning the company from a start-up to a growing, profitable public company; engineered innovative products and became recognized as the market leader in Computer Telephony Integration. Introduced the first VoIP and wireless gateway product. During this period major challenges included: (a) attracting and retaining talent, (b) delegating responsibilities, (c) scaling R&D operations domestically and internationally.
