Has a worldwide perspective of related markets and their needs. Championed the implementation of the Alliance Generation and Convergence Generation of product lines with established revenues of $10M-$50M/year.

Achieving Strategic Goals: Created a strategy to enhance four product lines with mobile video capabilities initially using 3G and gradually transitioning to IP streaming technologies; reduced replication effort resulting in savings of 20% of engineering resources while elevating the company to #1 in market share with incremental revenues of $10M+/year.

M&A: Managed due diligence technical analysis and full integration of over ten entities catapulting NMS’s growth from $5M to $135M in ten years. Key contributor in selling the platform’s business to Dialogic above its market value and integrating product lines and resources. Experienced in change management and efficiency improvements. Important player in merging Dialogic and Veraz, enabling the company to become public.
